Facilitate the set-up and onboarding of regional chain accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement.
Implement strategic initiatives in Joint Business Plan (JBP) accounts, including new product introductions, product assortment planning, and brand campaigns.
Improve customer management processes, understanding account needs and expansion plans.
Manage purchase orders, ensure timely order execution, and oversee collections.
Conduct fill-rate analysis, timely settlement of debit and credit notes, and intervene as necessary.
Collect, analyse, and report data to assist in drawing meaningful inferences; track product expiry and returns.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Division teams, etc.) to ensure timely execution of promotions, stock availability, events, and driving offtakes.
The Ideal Profile
In-depth understanding of Modern Trade, preferably from the Beauty and Personal Care sector.
At least 4 years of proven experience managing regional Modern Trade (MT) chains.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong business acumen and a strong drive for achieving numerical targets.
Proficiency in data analysis and ability to draw actionable insights from data.
