Regional Logistics Executive South India

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and
proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate logistics
operations across South India. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely
movement of goods, inventory accuracy, warehouse coordination, transportation
management, vendor liaison, and customer delivery fulfillment from our
Bangalore operations hub.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on
experience in technology product logistics, strong coordination skills, and the
ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Distribution

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for customer deliveries
  across South India.
  
• Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, warehouses, and
  internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or
  exceptions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company logistics processes and customer
  service standards.
  

Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements.
  
• Ensure accurate stock receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory
  reconciliation.
  
• Support periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
  
• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock variances.
  

Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage relationships with logistics service providers, freight
  vendors, and courier partners.
  
• Negotiate and optimize freight costs while maintaining service
  levels.
  
• Track vendor performance and resolve operational issues.
  

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of logistics
  documentation including:
  
• E-way Bills
  
• Delivery Challans
  
• GST-related logistics documentation
  
• Proof of Delivery (POD)
  
• Shipment records
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
  

Operations Coordination

• Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Customer
  Service teams.
  
• Support order processing and fulfillment activities.
  
• Coordinate reverse logistics, warranty returns, and RMA
  shipments.
  
• Assist in process improvements to enhance operational
  efficiency.
  

Reporting & MIS

• Generate and maintain logistics MIS reports.
  
• Track KPIs such as:
  
• On-time deliveries
  
• Inventory accuracy
  
• Dispatch turnaround time
  
• Freight cost management
  
• Vendor performance
  

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce,
  Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be
  an added advantage.
  

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain,
  warehouse operations, or technology distribution.
  
• Experience managing operations across multiple South Indian
  states is preferred.
  
• Exposure to IT hardware, enterprise technology, electronics, or
  distribution businesses is highly desirable.
  

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, or
  equivalent).
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight
  timelines.
