Job Description - Regional Manager

Job Title: Regional Manager - Sales
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management:
    • Achieve sales targets in the industrial sector across designated regions. Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company objectives.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Guide, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and promote a high-performance environment.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new market prospects and broaden the customer base. Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Sustain robust customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client contentment. Manage escalations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
  • Reporting:
    • Furnish regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Travel:
    • Willingness to travel across India for 15–20 days per month to meet clients, attend trade shows, and supervise regional operations.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of demonstrated experience in industrial sales.
  • Education: Science Graduate (B.Tech/Diploma preferred)
  • Strong grasp of B2B sales processes, particularly in manufacturing, machinery, or engineering products.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities.
  • Must be adaptable and open to extensive travel.
