Regional Manager - Affordable Home Loans

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead the Affordable Home Loans business in a designated region. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of the affordable housing finance space, strong team leadership experience, and a consistent track record of driving business growth through direct and indirect sourcing channels. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution, with a focus on scaling the business, improving productivity, and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive disbursement targets and overall business growth for Affordable Home Loans within the region.
• Lead and manage a team comprising Cluster/Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and on-ground sales staff.
• Strengthen and expand the sourcing network via DSAs, connectors, and builder relationships.
• Ensure robust portfolio quality by minimizing delinquency and fraud risks.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
• Continuously monitor sales team performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity.
• Conduct training sessions, regular performance reviews, and appraisals for the team.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance, internal policies, and audit standards.
• Identify and develop new geographies and sub-markets with high business potential.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven track record in Affordable Housing Finance or Home Loans, particularly in the sub-₹30 lakh segment.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a regional or team leadership role.
• Established DSA and market network within the affordable housing segment.
• Clean employment background with no gaps in education or professional experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and people management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
