Job Description - Regional Manager IT Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a high -performing Regional Manager – IT Sales to lead enterprise sales initiatives in Mumbai. This role demands strong ownership of revenue targets, deep OEM and distribution relationships, and the ability to drive growth in a competitive IT hardware and enterprise solutions landscape.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in enterprise sales, hands -on deal closures, and the ability to lead and scale a regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive regional sales strategy for IT hardware and enterprise solutions
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through enterprise and channel sales
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high -performing regional sales team
  • Build and expand relationships with enterprise clients, corporate accounts, and channel partners
  • Strengthen partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and evolving customer needs
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Track sales performance, generate forecasts, and report to senior leadership

Key Requirements

  • 9–12 years of experience in IT sales with consistent performance delivery
  • Strong expertise in IT hardware, peripherals, and enterprise solutions
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise and/or government accounts
  • Established network with OEMs and distribution partners
  • Strong relationships with enterprise decision -makers and stakeholders
  • Experience leading and managing regional or field sales teams
  • Hands -on approach to deal closures and territory management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
