Regional Manager - Key Account Management ( Employee Benefit)

Responsible for building a sustainable Employee benefit business
in Company's Partnership. Accountable for managing both the project & business
delivery role in this space.

•   Develop and create sustainable business model of
  Employee benefit leveraging Company's relationship with mid and large size corporate
  customers of Company.
  
• Build strong relationship with senior management
  of Bank who manage Corporate Credit division and Large corporate Branches.
  
•  Incubate this business model and invest through
  strategic planning to eventually scale this business model to create profitable
  & long -term portfolio for the organization.
  
•  Independently build this Employee Benefit
  business including GTL & Retiral funds from Company's LCB corporate customers
  through a sustained engagement with corporate customers of Company.
  

Requirements

• Preferred Experience: University graduate
  preferably MBA from premier institute with 10 -15 years of experience in
  Group Business, key account management .
  
• Vast knowledge of Employee benefit business expertise
  along with proven expertise to independently manage client acquisitions.
  
• Strong leadership qualities with exceptional
  relationship management skills
  
• Preferably having relevant expertise of working
  in PSU partnerships.
  
• Thorough understanding of Group products &
  industry wide fund performance.
  
• Good communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  
• Strong negotiating & influencing skills.
