Role Summary

The company is looking for an experienced retail operations professional to manage its company-owned coffee stores across Karnataka. The person will be responsible for managing multiple stores, leading store teams, increasing sales, controlling expenses, improving profitability, and expanding the business by opening new stores.

  Minimum 10 years of retail operations experience.

  Strong knowledge of Store P&L and profitability management.

  Experience managing large retail teams and manpower planning.

  Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.

  Graduate or postgraduate in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
