We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to join a fast-growing AutoTech and vehicle lifecycle management organization. The role offers an opportunity to work in a technology-driven environment focused on improving automotive services through digital platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned business or technology initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Contribute to technology-driven improvements across automotive and vehicle lifecycle management processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved service delivery.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational or technology-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor assigned activities, timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records.
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency.
• Support the adoption of digital platforms, automation tools, and data-driven processes.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and service requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively follow up on pending tasks and dependencies.
