Job Description - Regional Sales Manager

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1400000 - Rs 2200000 (ie INR 14-22 LPA)

Min Experience: 8 years

Location: Rajasthan

JobType: full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business expansion across Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and market development within the banking, loans, or related industries. This role involves strategic planning, team building, and driving growth through effective sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and market expansion across the northern region (Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana).
  • Recruit, train, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve individual and regional targets.
  • Understand the product portfolio and develop monthly and weekly sales plans for teams and cities.
  • Review team performance regularly and ensure high productivity and achievement of business objectives.
  • Build and strengthen a high-performing sales team to achieve consistent top-line and bottom-line growth.
  • Strategically manage and deploy the sales force across territories to identify new markets and profitable opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports, offering insights for continuous improvement.
