Job Responsibilities:
Purpose:Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of Sleep well on a sustainable basis.Strategically build Sales Team and Rural Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.
Key Accountability:Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development.
Key Decision:Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
Working Relation:Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback. Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level.Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
