Candidates from Electrical industries preferred.Job descriptionAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will• Appoint, Manage & Motivate Channel Partners – Area Distributors & DirectDealers (Institution Sales), as per Market Potential• Achieve Monthly | Quarterly | Annual Sales Targets for all the Business Units- LED Lights, Trolleys & Ladders• Appoint Sales Executives | Sr Sales Executives | Area Sales Managers - as perapproved Manpower Plan• Train, Supervise, Review Performance and Motivate Sales Team Members• Collect, Compile and Share Market Intelligence (Competitor Pricing, ProductLaunches & Market Activities), with Head Office• Follow Fair & Ethical Business Practices – with Customers, ChannelPartners and Sales Team MembersRequired Candidate Profile• Exposure to Channel Sales and Corporate Sales of 10 Years (Minimum), inLighting Industry, is Mandatory• Should have Managed a Team of 6 Executives / Officers• Should have Managed a Yearly Sales Turnover of Rs.10 Crs Plus• Should have Achieved Substantial & Continuous (Year on Year) Growth inTop-Line (with adequate Bottom Line) in his Current job• Proficient in Distributor & Dealer Handling, Route Planning, Retailing, TradeSchemes & Team Supervision• Self-Driven, Performance & Growth Oriented, Full of Competitive & TeamSpirit• Candidate Profile (CV) should reflect, a Minimum Tenure of 4 to 5 Years in acompanySalary: Rs.12 – 15 L ( Fixed + Variable)
