Job Description: RegionalSales Manager (SouthZone)
PositionOverview: We are seeking dynamic individuals to fillthe role of Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for our South Zoneoperations. The RSM will be responsible for overseeing and drivingthe sales activities in the designated region ensuring revenuetargets are met and exceeded. This position offers an excitingopportunity for seasoned sales professionals with a proven trackrecord in the express cargo courier and logisticsindustry.
Location:Bangalore Chennai Vijayawada (Three positions available one foreach location)
ReportingTo: Executive Director at Headquarters inBangalore
Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy Development: Developand implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectivesfor the South Zone in alignment with overall organizational goals.Focus on new Business development.
2.Team Management: Lead mentor andmotivate a team of sales executives to maximize their potential andproductivity. Provide guidance support and ongoing training toensure the team meets and exceeds performancetargets.
3. Client RelationshipManagement: Build and maintain strong longlastingrelationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaboration toenhance revenue streams.
4.Market Analysis: Conduct regularmarket research and analysis to identify emerging trendscompetitive threats and growth opportunities. Utilize insights toadjust sales strategies and stay ahead of thecompetition.
5. RevenueGeneration: Drive sales growth by acquiring newclients upselling to existing clients and effectively managingpricing and contract negotiations. Monitor sales performancemetrics and take corrective actions as needed to achieve revenuetargets.
6. OperationalExcellence: Collaborate with internal teams toensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and superiorcustomer service delivery. Monitor and optimize operationalprocesses to enhance efficiency andprofitability.
7. Reporting andAnalysis: Prepare regular sales reports forecastsand performance analytics for senior management review. Providetimely updates on sales activities market trends and competitoractivities to informdecisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in any stream; MBA in Sales and Marketingpreferred.
- Minimum 710 years of progressivesales experience in the express cargo courier and logisticsindustry.
- Proven track record of success insales leadership roles including managing a team of salesexecutives.
- Strong understanding of salesprinciples techniques and bestpractices.
- Excellent communication negotiationand interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinkerwith the ability to analyze market dynamics and develop innovativesales strategies.
- Resultsoriented mindset witha focus on driving revenue growth and achievingtargets.
- Collections is part of this profilefor Credit customers.
- Proficiency in MS OfficeSuite and CRMsoftware.
AdditionalRequirements:
- Willingnessto travel within the South Zone region asneeded.
- Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
- Strong leadership qualities with apassion for developing and empowering teammembers.
- Demonstrated ability to build andmaintain relationships with clients partners and internalstakeholders.

- Languages Known Proficiency inSpoken and written English Knowing Local languages like KannadaTamil Telugu is essential for better communication with Team andcustomers.
Compensation:
- Competitivesalary package up to Rs 12 LPA commensurate with experience andqualifications. (Last salary CTC is going to the base of newpackage in offering).
