Job Description - Regional Sales Manager IT Hardware & System Integration

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage enterprise sales for our IT hardware and system integration solutions.

If you have strong expertise in B2B sales, enterprise client management, and IT infrastructure solutions, this is your opportunity to lead regional growth in a fast -evolving technology environment

Key Responsibilities:

â Drive regional sales growth for IT hardware, networking & system integration solutions

â Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients, corporates & channel partners

â Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies

â Handle end -to -end enterprise sales cycle (lead â closure)

â Achieve sales targets, revenue growth & profitability goals

â Coordinate with technical, pre -sales & project teams for solution delivery

â Conduct client presentations, negotiations & commercial discussions

â Monitor market trends, competitor activities & customer requirements

Requirements

Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise IT Sales

Knowledge of IT Hardware, Networking, Servers, Security & System Integration

Experience in handling corporate & enterprise clients

Strong negotiation, presentation & communication skills

Channel partner and account management expertise

Ability to lead regional sales operations & business growth

Target -driven with strong commercial acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise solutions preferred
