Job Description - Regional Sales Manager (MBO - East Region)

With a strong presence in retail stores across India, we are committed to providing our customers with premium fashion experiences. Role Overview: Responsible for developing Multiple Brand Outlet (MBO) channel in the given territory through planning, managing operational aspects and building relationships with channel partners. Responsible for improving profitability of this channel. Key Responsibilities: Ensure execution of the Sales Strategy for MBO channel to achieve the set goals Plan for growth in region Responsible for achieving sales and collections targets for the region Analyze the variance between target & actual sales for the region Ensure sales returns are minimal Improve brand presence at regions Analyze market movement information of Indian Terrain & of competition Ensure customer complaints are handled in a timely manner Manage relationships with channel partners Manage day-to-day sales related activities for the channel including coordinating where necessary with other departments like finance, warehouse, HR, marketing etc. Participate in monthly MIS on the performance of the channel Ensure collections are obtained within credit period Plan activities within marketing budget Uphold the brand image of Indian Terrain in the outlets. Participate in primary and secondary roadshows. Monitor performance of subordinates and provide regular feedback Adequately staff the team The responsibilities mentioned above are not exhaustive and may be expanded from time to time. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience managing sales team. Minimum 10-15 Years of experience in Retail Garment Sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good relationship in handling distribution Channels.
