Reinforcement Foreman

About the Role:

DTC Projects is looking for an experienced Reinforcement Foreman to join our residential construction team at Badu. You'll be responsible for reinforcement work on site, from studying drawings to guiding workers through execution, making sure everything is done accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study structural drawings and translate them into on-site reinforcement work
  
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) accurately
  
• Guide and supervise workers on correct reinforcement placement and binding
  
• Coordinate closely with site engineers to resolve drawing or execution queries
  
• Maintain wastage control and ensure material is used efficiently
  
• Keep basic site records and reinforcement quantities updated in Excel
