We are seeking a proactive and customer -focused Relationship Executive to support and strengthen our relationships with sellers, partners, and customers. The role involves ensuring smooth on -boarding, resolving concerns, and contributing to long -term satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and customers to ensure smooth on -boarding and ongoing engagement.
  

• Act as the primary contact for handling queries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  

• Assist sellers with product listings, pricing, promotions, and operational support on the platform.
  

• Support the acquisition and onboarding of new sellers by explaining platform benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller and customer concerns efficiently.
  

• Monitor seller performance and satisfaction; recommend improvements where needed.
  

• Conduct regular follow -ups to ensure retention and trust -based relationships.
  

• Gather partner feedback to support platform improvements and business strategies.
  

• Participate in sales campaigns and engagement activities to improve seller and customer involvement.
  

• Prepare periodic reports on relationship activities, satisfaction levels, and issue resolutions.
