Job Description - Relationship Manager

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹4 LPA (Fixed) + Lucrative Incentives
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in Life Insurance Sales
Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
Travel: Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our client's Life Insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring excellent after-sales service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, field sales experience, and a proactive attitude to meet revenue targets and build long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Promote and sell life insurance products tailored to client needs.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Ensure consistent follow-ups for policy renewals and client queries.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM.

  • Educate clients on policy details, benefits, and claim processes.

  • Attend regular training and review sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales support.


Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record in Life Insurance or financial services sales.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong customer focus and ability to handle objections effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Good understanding of insurance products, regulatory compliance, and sales practices.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
