Salary range: Rs 150000 - Rs 490000 (ie INR 1.5-4.9 LPA)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing Home Loan team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in selling Home Loans, Housing Loans, and Affordable Housing Loans. You will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless loan processing experience from sourcing to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
    Proactively source and acquire new customers interested in Home Loans, including affordable housing and residential loans, through field visits, referrals, direct walk-ins, channel partners, builders, and DSA networks.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their home financing needs and providing tailored solutions accordingly. Ensure excellent after-sales service and regular engagement with clients.
  • Loan Processing & Documentation:
    Guide customers through the end-to-end loan process including eligibility checks, documentation, coordination with credit and legal teams, and follow-up until final disbursement.
  • Product Pitching:
    Explain loan features, interest rates, EMI plans, and eligibility criteria to customers. Offer the best-suited home loan solutions while promoting affordable housing schemes, where applicable.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
    Keep abreast of industry trends, local property market updates, and competitor offerings to position your product portfolio more effectively.
  • Target Achievement:
    Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets for home loans on a monthly and quarterly basis. Ensure lead conversion ratios are maintained and report performance to seniors regularly.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    Ensure all sales and operational activities comply with the regulatory framework and internal credit policies. Maintain a high level of ethical conduct and professionalism.

Key Skills Required:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sales of Home Loans, Housing Loans, or Affordable Home Loans (preferably with a bank, NBFC, or housing finance company).
  • Strong understanding of loan processing, eligibility norms, income assessment, and property documentation.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Field sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with affordable housing schemes like PMAY or CLSS is a plus.
  • Good networking with real estate agents, builders, and property consultants is desirable.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline. An MBA in Finance/Marketing or a relevant specialization will be an added advantage.
