Relationship Manager

Responsible for managing assigned no. of bank branch/POS and drive targets for broking

accounts and revenue with the help of channel partner.

Location : Kolkata, Raipur, Siliguri and Guwahati

Responsibilities

• To Achieve pre budgeted monthly Sales of Demat A/C depending on the locations & monthly revenue.
• To reach out to allotted branches/POS as per the route plan
• To ensure rollout of all the promotional and contest programs effectively
• Responsible for Activating and upscaling the POS/Br.
• Co-ordinate and conduct the training of Partners/bank employees
• Follow and submit the daily weekly and monthly MIS
• Supporting the channel partner on joint calls as per requirement
• To have absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency

Qualifications

• Last 3yrs from same location i.e. Kolkata, Raipur, Siliguri and Guwahati
• Should be a Graduate
• >2Yrs Experience in Sales, channel, for Banca
• Knowledge of broking , Capital Markets, Banking
• Should own a vehicle (2 wheeler/4 wheeler)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
