As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with affluent clients, understanding their financial objectives and risk appetite.

  • Proactively identify and address client needs, providing timely and accurate information and recommendations.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends to offer relevant and up-to-date financial solutions.

  • Collaborate with other teams and experts within the bank to deliver comprehensive financial plans and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments of client portfolios, providing insightful reports and recommendations.

  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all financial transactions and advice.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the bank's network and client base.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.



Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management concepts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with affluent clients.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.

  • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
