Relationship Manager - Business Loans - RFB - Direct - Bareilly - Civil Lines - J Grades

Experience Requirement

Total Experience: 2–5 years in sales (preferred: NBFC/BFSI/lending)

Relevant Experience: Business Loans / SME / Unsecured Lending

Experience in Direct Sourcing + Connector/DSA network is mandatory

Current Role Fit (Must-have exposure)

Candidate should currently be handling one of:

Relationship Manager / Sr. Sales Executive / Sales officer or equivalent (Recommended)

Managing individual sales target ownership (₹30–50L+ monthly)

Experience working with DSAs / connectors / referral channels

Productivity Benchmark

Must demonstrate: 

Average monthly disbursal ≥ ₹25–40 lakhs (last 6 months)

Stable performance; avoid high volatility profiles

Direct sourcing (self-generated leads)

Connector / DSA-driven business

Should have an existing connector network

Strong understanding of: Test to be created for RMs 

Business Loan products (secured/unsecured)

Basic credit policy, income assessment, banking programs

Ability to structure cases and coordinate with credit teams

Educational Qualification

Graduate (mandatory)

Behavioural Fit

Strong ownership mindset (target-driven role)

Ability to operate independently (mini business owner mindset)

Good stakeholder management (credit, ops, connectors)
