We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage the sourcing and servicing of Mortgage Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DSA (Direct Selling Agent) sourcing channels and a strong understanding of financial products within the mortgage space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new business opportunities for Mortgage Loans and LAP through DSA networks.
• Manage end-to-end servicing of clients, from initial contact to post-disbursement support.
• Respond promptly to client queries and ensure resolution within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Liaise with internal departments such as Credit and Operations to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights into competitor products to help enhance service offerings and product features.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Mortgage Loan or LAP sales/servicing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Consistent career history with no significant education or job gaps.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
