Relationship Manager - SME & Insurance Inclusion

As a Relationship Manager, he will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our SME clients and insurance partners. His expertise in general insurance and understanding of the SME market will be key in driving business growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. • Develop and execute strategies to enhance SME client relationships and increase business opportunities.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to SME clients on insurance products and services, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with insurance partners to design and implement inclusive insurance solutions for SMEs.
• Recruit and train a team of brokers and agents to effectively service SME clients and expand our reach.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance and delivering innovative solutions.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify market trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to foster partnerships and collaborations.
• Manage and resolve client queries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team, driving continuous improvement.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in general insurance, with a strong focus on SME products.
• Proven track record in working with TATA AIG, HDFC Ergo, and ICICI Lombard, or similar insurance companies.
• Experience in the Banka channel and a willingness to transition to the SME channel.
• Excellent knowledge of non-motor insurance products and the ability to provide expert advice.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement.
