Description We are excited to invite a skilled sales professional to join our dynamic Retail Health team as a Relationship Manager/Cluster Sales Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our health-focused business, managing and motivating a team of IRDA agents. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious monthly targets and expanding our retail health presence. As a leader, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new agents, providing them with the necessary training and support to excel in their roles. Your strong communication and leadership skills will be key in building a high-performing team and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of IRDA agents, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.
Onboard new IRDA agents each month, ensuring a seamless and efficient process, and providing them with comprehensive training on health products and services.
Achieve and consistently surpass monthly targets for Retail Health GWP, driving sales performance and business growth.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep agents updated with the latest industry knowledge and trends, ensuring they are well-equipped to serve our clients.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, representing the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach.
Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
Provide regular performance feedback to agents, recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions, and offering constructive guidance for improvement.
Qualifications
A minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the health or insurance industry, with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a history of developing high-performing individuals and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport, influencing others, and providing effective mentorship.
Strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools, ensuring efficient management of sales activities and client relationships.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing business needs.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex sales challenges and obstacles.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, although relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
