Description We are looking for a service-oriented and sales-driven Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships and drive business in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment. The role involves handling customer service requests, selling liability and investment products, and enhancing customer value through cross-selling and referrals. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial services or banking, with a strong focus on customer engagement and sales performance.
Responsibilities Handle customer service tasks such as account opening, DMAT services, and grievance resolution. Educate customers on product features and assist with service requests like cheque book issuance. Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products through cross-selling and referrals. Enhance customer value by offering relevant financial solutions beyond their stated needs. Support relationship managers handling HNI clients and ensure low attrition rates. Acquire new customers through referrals and deliver high-quality service.
