Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with large corporate clients, understanding their unique financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute relationship management strategies for large corporate clients.
Identify and assess client needs, offering customized financial products and services.
Build and maintain a robust network of corporate clients, fostering long-term relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide insightful advice.
Prepare and present proposals, financial analyses, and reports to clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Manage and oversee the performance of a team of relationship officers.
Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
A self-starter with a results-driven approach.
