Description
As a Relationship Officer in our Loans Against Gold department, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and building strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be on marketing and branch operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our gold loan products, as well as providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote gold loan products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience.
Process and manage gold loan applications, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, offering insights to the team.
Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, especially in relation to gold loans.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong marketing and sales abilities, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management skills.
A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for business development.
Knowledge of gold loan products and the financial industry is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and market trends.
A professional and ethical approach to work, maintaining confidentiality.
