Description
The Relationship Officer will be a key member of our Loans Against Gold team, working closely with customers to understand their financial needs and offering tailored loan solutions. This role involves building a strong network, promoting our loan products, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The officer will also collaborate with other teams to enhance our loan processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
Promote and market our Loans Against Gold products to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features.
Assist customers in completing loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Conduct thorough evaluations of customer profiles and loan applications, assessing risk and making informed decisions.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to enhance our loan products and strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
Build a network of referrals and partnerships to expand our customer base.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during the loan process.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for loan transactions.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
Strong knowledge of loan products, especially Loans Against Gold, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for loan processing.
Analytical skills to evaluate customer profiles and make informed decisions.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
