The Opportunity

At Gentrack, we're on a mission to transform the world through cutting-edge technology solutions. We're currently seeking a dynamic Release Manager to support a new project rolling out our next-generation software (g2) to a major Eastern European customer

As a Release Manager for this implementation project, you will be instrumental in driving automated deployments during all phases of the project, ensuring we continue to develop and extend efficient, well-documented, and well-executed release management practices. The Specifics 

• Engage with our existing G2 release manager from APAC region to bring appropriate practices and experience into the project.


• Continue to optimise our release management process for our innovative g2 software by building on processes established in APAC


• Implement automated deployments across our services catalog to enhance efficiency.


• Ensure well-documented and well-executed release management practices are implemented for the project and extend already established documentation


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering an inclusive work environment.


• Actively mentor and support team members in mastering best practice release management.

What we're looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you):

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Release Manager or in a related role.


• Proven track record of managing complex software release lifecycles.


• Technical proficiency in cloud-native, multi-tenant microservices, and monolithic applications.


• Experience working in Agile software development environments.


• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and related tools and technologies.


• Capability to analyze and streamline existing processes for continuous improvement.


• Ability to creatively solve problems and take initiative.
