Reltio MDM Developer

As a Reltio MDM Developer in Zensar's (null) department, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of master data on the Reltio platform. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build robust data models, integrate source systems, and ensure high‑quality data delivery in a fast‑moving, Agile environment. This full‑time, permanent role requires 5‑10 years of MDM experience, with at least 3 years hands‑on Reltio expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain the Reltio data model, including match & merge and survivorship rules.
• Develop and optimize data loading and export processes for Reltio.
• Manage Reference Data Management, user administration, UI configuration, lifecycle, and workflow settings.
• Implement integrations using Reltio Integration Hub and ensure seamless data flow.
• Build and maintain ETL/File Movement services, preferably on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline data pipelines and integration points.
• Define and enforce technical standards, design principles, and best‑practice frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews, manage source control (GitHub), and support build processes.
• Monitor data quality, resolve issues, and continuously improve data governance.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and drive innovative solutions.

• 5‑10 years of experience with Master Data Management platforms, preferably Reltio.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with the Reltio MDM platform.
• Strong expertise in Reltio Data Model, Integration Hub, and GitHub.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, coding standards, and source management.
• Solid understanding of MDM concepts, data quality, and large data set management.
• Experience with AWS services for ETL and data movement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to design and implement match, merge, and survivorship rules.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to innovate in a dynamic environment.
