• Analyze creative performance and advise on future iterations.
• Collaborate closely with video editors, designers, and media buyers.
• Provide leadership and mentorship across the creative function.
• Research competitors and bring forward fresh, disruptive ideas.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in creative strategy (DTC/e-commerce strongly preferred).
• Track record of high-performing ad concepts that scaled profitably.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, and performance creative best practices.
• Experience managing creative teams or freelancers.
• Data-driven mindset paired with strong storytelling skills.
