Accounts Assistant

With over 23 years of experience delivering prestigious luxury residential projects internationally, our firm is looking for an Accountant Assistant to strengthen our finance function. This role combines hands-on accounting with the opportunity to introduce smarter systems and processes that support our global growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.


• Develop and implement templates and processes to streamline finance operations.


• Support project costing, management accounts, cash flow, and budget tracking.


• Prepare financial models and analysis to support strategic decisions.


• Leverage Excel and digital tools, including AI-driven solutions, to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in accounting and financial analysis.


• Experience in the construction/design industry preferred.


• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modelling, macros).


• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounts processes.


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across international teams.


• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
