Accountabilities:
- Design and architect enterprise AI solutions leveraging Microsoft AI technologies, including AI Agents, Copilot capabilities, and Azure-based AI services.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, define strategic roadmaps, and align initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Develop frameworks that enhance automation, productivity, and data-driven decision-making across enterprise platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, establishing best practices for AI adoption, integration, and solution delivery.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to security standards, governance requirements, and responsible AI principles.
- Drive scalable, high-performance AI architectures that deliver measurable business value and long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology, including at least 4 years focused on AI, machine learning, or solution architecture.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft AI ecosystems, including Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Azure AI services, and Azure OpenAI technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native AI architectures, cognitive services, and enterprise AI integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, natural language processing, machine learning models, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end AI solutions with scalability, security, and business impact in mind.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership and technical teams.
- Strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environments.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs and responsible AI governance frameworks is considered an advantage.
