• Strong experience in AI / GenAI / Agentic AI solution design.


• Experience designing AI-led engineering workflows.


• Hands-on understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, validation workflows, and output governance.


• Ability to define AI agents, workflows, guardrails, and review mechanisms.


• Understanding of hallucination mitigation and human-in-the-loop validation.

• Experience in large-scale application modernization or legacy transformation.


• Good understanding of legacy platforms such as HP NonStop, COBOL, C++, batch processing, or mainframe-style systems.
