Requirements

NexGenTek is hiring AI Specialists to build and deploy enterprise -grade agent -based AI solutions for global clients. The role focuses on automation, AI integration, and data -driven decision systems across business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI agents and agentic frameworks
Integrate AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Python
Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities
Build data -driven insights and AI models
Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver production -ready solutions

Skills Required

Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML development
Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering
Knowledge of enterprise integrations and automation workflows
Strong problem -solving and communication skills
