AI-Powered Performance Marketing Specialist

The Core Requirement:

We need someone who combines Google/LinkedIn Ads expertise with daily AI tool usage (ChatGPT/Claude). This isn't just running adsit's using AI to write copy, analyze data, and automate reporting.

         Mandatory Must-Haves:

• 2+ years Google Ads experience with measurable B2B lead generation
• Daily hands-on use of ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini for ad copy, keyword research, and reporting
• Proven B2B lead gen track record (not vanity traffic)
• Minimum 4-hour overlap with UAE hours (10 AM - 6 PM GMT+4)
• Excellent written English for reports and ad copy
• Deep understanding of Primary vs Secondary Conversions in Google Ads.

• Build & manage Google Search, Display, Video campaigns (UAE/KSA markets)
• Manage LinkedIn Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Message Ads
• Maintain clean conversion tracking (single primary conversion)
• Weekly Search Query Reviews & negative keyword management
• AI-driven A/B testing of ad copy at scale
