🎯 Role Overview
This is a frontline hunter role focused on generating new business and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in staffing services, exceptional consultative sales skills, and a proven track record of sourcing and closing new clients in a competitive environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Prospect and win new clients across sectors via cold outreach, targeted prospecting, networking, and referral channels.
Take ownership of the full sales cyclefrom initial outreach to pitch, negotiation, and contract closure.
Develop and execute territory-based sales strategies and account penetration plans.
