Profile Summary: As an Android Senior Associate and team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality Android solutions. You should have a strong technical background in Android development, with proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages. Your expertise will include working with the Android SDK, Android Studio, RESTful APIs, and JSON data handling. Your deep understanding of Android design patterns, and architectural principles, and your ability to optimize and debug Android applications will be essential in this role.

Technical Skills:

· Proficient in Android development using Java and Kotlin programming languages

· Extensive knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and relevant libraries

· Experience in working with RESTful APIs and JSON data handling

· Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git

· Strong understanding of Android design patterns and architectural principles

· Ability to optimize and debug Android applications for performance improvements

Professional Experience:

Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Android development or related roles

· Proven ability to lead teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely project delivery

· Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders

Education:

· Graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience

· Additional certifications in Android development or related areas are a plus
