APAC Recruiter (Singapore Focus)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced APAC Recruiter with strong expertise in Singapore’s talent market and exposure to recruitment across the wider APAC region (India, Malaysia, Australia, etc.). The role involves end-to-end recruitment, talent strategy, and stakeholder management, ensuring the delivery of top talent across technical and non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Singapore and other APAC locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and role requirements.
• Build and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for high-demand roles (e.g., technology, banking, and corporate functions).
• Manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs across APAC.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean searches to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Collaborate with external vendors and recruitment partners as needed.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Ensure hiring processes comply with local labor laws and employment regulations (with special emphasis on Singapore’s MOM guidelines).
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives across the region.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years of proven recruitment experience, with at least 3–5 years in the Singapore market.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s recruitment landscape, MOM regulations, and talent trends.
• Exposure to regional/APAC hiring, ideally in India, Malaysia, or Australia.
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, and niche platforms.
• Experience in technology and banking/financial services hiring is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across cultures.
