We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to assist clients in selecting the right beauty products based on their individual needs. This role involves providing personalized recommendations, demonstrating products, and contributing to a welcoming and engaging retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend products tailored to their skin type, beauty goals, and lifestyle.
• Demonstrate the use of makeup, skincare, and haircare products while clearly explaining benefits and usage.

Product Knowledge & Sales:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full product range, including new launches and bestsellers.
• Proactively promote products and support in achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Assist with product merchandising and displays to create an appealing shopping environment.

Technical & Industry Skills:

• Understand various skin types, skincare routines, and makeup application techniques.
• Keep up with current beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Operate POS systems and handle customer transactions accurately.

Store Maintenance & Professional Development:

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the beauty area and workstations.
• Adhere to company policies, including hygiene and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred
• Background or certification in the beauty industry is highly desirable
