Requirements

• Strong experience in JDA / Blue Yonder WMS 2020/2021/2022 production support projects.
  
  


• Good expertise in SQL/PLSQL, including query writing and troubleshooting.
  
  


• Strong understanding of MOCA architecture.
  
  


• Hands-on experience with MOCA, iReports (Jasper), Integrator, and Page Builder.
  
  


• Good knowledge of relational database concepts.
  
  


• Experience working in support processes and SLA-driven projects.
  
  


• Strong skills in root cause analysis, issue resolution, and minor/major enhancements.
  
  


• Experience in team handling and management.
  
  


• Ability to provide effective solutions for production issues.
  
  


• Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
  
  


• Customer handling experience is an added advantage.
