Aspire Software’s Hospitality Vertical, home to the trusted roommaster brand, is seeking a creative and strategic Brand & Content Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, storytelling, and marketing impact across all channels.
You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and play a key role in shaping how our hospitality brands communicate globally. Leading a network of writers, freelancers, and creative partners, you’ll develop and execute content and campaign strategies that bring our hospitality technology to life for hoteliers worldwide.
This role is ideal for a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment—someone willing to wear multiple hats, roll up their sleeves, and take ownership from strategy to execution. You’ll combine creativity with data, leveraging HubSpot, AI tools, and emerging marketing technologies to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the brand and content strategy to support Aspire’s hospitality GTM objectives.
Align content and brand campaigns with product launches, lead generation initiatives, and customer engagement goals.
Collaborate across marketing to ensure content supports all campaigns and GTM motions.
Brand & Content Creation
Manage the creation, review, and publishing of all content types — including ebooks, lead magnets, blogs, PR articles, email campaigns, case studies, website copy, and social media posts.
Work with freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand tone and product accuracy in every asset.
Maintain cohesive brand messaging and visual standards across all channels.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute brand-driven campaigns — including product GTMs, webinars, customer storytelling, and partnership initiatives.
Coordinate campaign assets, ensure on-time execution, and oversee distribution through HubSpot and other channels.
Champion innovation and experimentation in campaign execution, exploring AI-generated content, automation, and emerging formats.
Reporting & Optimization
Measure and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools (such as Looker Studio or Power BI).
Present post-campaign insights with actionable recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
Track and optimize content performance metrics to guide future strategy.
A strategic B2B marketer with 5–8 years of experience in SaaS marketing
Hotel technology background or experience is an added advantage.
Experienced in content strategy, brand management, and campaign execution.
Hands-on with HubSpot Marketing Hub
Familiar with Google Analytics, Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, and Webflow (content publishing).
Strong in leadership and communication, capable of managing freelancers, agencies, and multiple stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Knowledge of Zapier for automation and Salesforce CRM / Account Engagement (Pardot) is a plus.
A fast learner who adapts quickly, embraces new tools, and executes with ownership.
