We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to drive efficiency and strategic insight across key business functions. In this role, you will analyze complex business goals, assess operational processes, and recommend improvements that maximize productivity and impact. You will collaborate across teams, providing data-driven solutions and ensuring effective communication of initiatives. Accountabilities:
- Analyze and prioritize business and project requirements to inform strategic decisions.
- Define project purpose, conduct cost/benefit analyses, and manage planning to balance resources, timelines, and scope.
- Provide clear communication internally within teams and externally to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business objectives.
- Offer functional expertise to support one or more business areas and guide process improvements.
- Document process flows, facilitate testing and quality assurance, and support end-user training initiatives.
- Develop and maintain business operations reports, including ad hoc requests, project updates, and operational analytics.
- Oversee document management initiatives and contribute to business case development for tools and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience as determined by management.
- 8–11 years of experience in business operations, project management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, administrative, and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and process improvement.
- Excellent client/customer service, leadership, and people management capabilities.
- Financial literacy and expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Agility to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.
