Business Operations Manager (Chinese-Speaking)

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for expanding market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and supporting business growth across Chinese-speaking markets through strong operational execution and industry expertise.

• Identify, develop, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with token projects and key stakeholders within the Chinese-speaking cryptocurrency ecosystem.


• Build and maintain relationships with crypto influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry communities to increase brand awareness and user adoption.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and inform business strategies.


• Analyze the cryptocurrency landscape, particularly derivatives trading markets, to provide actionable insights for business decisions.


• Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.


• Represent the platform at industry events, conferences, and relevant media opportunities within Chinese-speaking communities.


• Communicate the value proposition and vision effectively in both English and Mandarin to partners, users, and industry stakeholders.


• Support the development and execution of regional growth initiatives through strategic planning and operational coordination.


• Maintain awareness of evolving crypto regulations and market dynamics to help guide business decisions.

Requirements:
