Business/System Analyst

As a Business/System Analyst, you will support the design, implementation, and improvement of information systems by analyzing business requirements, defining technical solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of product changes.

• Participate in the development of architectural solutions for implementing marketing initiatives and products as a business and system analysis expert.


• Provide high-level complexity assessments for system changes required to launch new products and functionalities.


• Analyze business requirements, identify technical needs, and propose effective solution options.


• Create and maintain system models and diagrams using BPMN, UML, and other modeling approaches, including class diagrams, sequence diagrams, statechart diagrams, deployment diagrams, and component diagrams.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and external providers to align requirements and solutions.


• Prepare technical specifications and documentation in Confluence, ensuring accuracy and completeness of implementation requirements.


• Define and detail functional requirements for new product capabilities and system improvements.


• Support system configuration changes and coordinate enhancement requests.


• Monitor the timely and high-quality implementation of product requirements.


• Participate in testing activities to validate implemented changes and ensure alignment with business expectations.


• Analyze functional defects, identify root causes, and define requirements for corrections.


• Coordinate defect resolution with external providers and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience working as a Business or System Analyst and understands how to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You should be comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and working with structured documentation and modeling practices.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.


• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for information systems.


• Proven ability to support implementation of new functionality and system improvements.


• Experience communicating and coordinating with external vendors or technical partners.


• Strong understanding of business processes and technology solution design.


• Experience creating technical documentation and functional specifications.


• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with MS Project experience considered an advantage.


• Practical experience with BPMN and UML modeling techniques.


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams.
