This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief of Staff – Finance Super App based in India.
This is a high-impact strategic execution role sitting at the core of a fast-scaling financial super app organization. You will work directly with senior leadership to translate vision into execution across multiple products, markets, and cross-functional teams. The role blends strategy, operations, and problem-solving, ensuring that priorities are clearly defined, aligned, and delivered with speed and precision. You will help shape operating rhythms, drive accountability, and ensure leadership decisions are executed effectively across the organization. Acting as a key connector across product, engineering, finance, and partnerships, you will remove friction and accelerate progress on critical initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with strong ownership, and enjoys turning complexity into structured execution.
Accountabilities:
- Strategic Execution: Drive end-to-end execution of key finance super app priorities, ensuring alignment between leadership strategy and cross-functional delivery.
- Operating Rhythm & Governance: Build and manage the organization’s operating cadence, including OKRs, leadership reviews, performance tracking, decision logs, and accountability systems.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate major initiatives across product, engineering, finance, licensing, partnerships, operations, and market expansion teams.
- Executive Communication: Prepare high-quality decision memos, leadership updates, board materials, and structured execution plans to support informed decision-making.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Identify execution gaps, risks, and dependencies early, ensuring proactive resolution before they impact delivery.
- Strategic Advisory Support: Support leadership in evaluating trade-offs across resources, capital allocation, product priorities, and market expansion strategies.
- Special Projects Ownership: Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives requiring senior-level judgment, structured thinking, and hands-on execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-performance execution roles such as strategy, operations, consulting, startup leadership, or Chief of Staff functions.
- Strong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, translating high-level goals into structured, actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive materials.
- Strong analytical and business judgment skills, with experience in decision-making in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership, founders, or C-level stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset with strong prioritization, follow-through, and accountability.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-pressure environments with minimal guidance.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, consulting, or scaling startups is a strong advantage.
