Job Overview:

We are looking for an Operations intern to engage the members of our 'Industry Academia Community'. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building a vibrant community and will work with various stakeholders i.e. student members, guest speakers, instructors, college faculties, community leads/managers, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting objectives and goals for the team and also track progress
• Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives of the community
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recommending software for addressing the needs of employees (e.g. performance review tools etc.)
• Deliver the 'Industry Academia Community' activities
• Assisting with presentations of community awareness and prevention programs to community entities
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Ensure the members are following the community guidelines
• Improving performance, procuring material and resources, and securing compliance
• Manage events conducted by Cloud Counselage
• Establish productive working relationships with the stakeholders
• Create and present reports of operational activities

Mandatory Requirements:

• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Tech-savvy

Desired Skills:

Experience budgeting and forecasting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate aspiring for a career in Business, Operations Management, related field or pursuing Master's in Business, Operations Management or related field
