Our marketing engine runs on high-quality, high-volume, performance-driven video content across regional languages.

We are building an in-house Creative Team that owns the full pipeline of ad creatives — scripting, shooting, editing, and delivering performance-oriented videos that drive installs and revenue.

Role Summary

We are looking for passionate content creators who can shoot relatable, performance-driven short videos from home.

If you love making content, want a stable monthly income, and want to build a career in performance marketing & creative strategy - this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Create 60 short-form videos/month (face cam, storytelling, reels-style content)
• Follow scripts + creative directions shared by the creative/performance marketing team
• Iterate quickly to improve hook rate, view time & conversions
• Participate in weekly performance reviews to understand what’s working
• Maintain high creative quality while also keeping up output volume
• Incorporate feedback from the team and improve video win rates over time

• Ability to shoot clean, natural video content (even on phone)
• A content-first mindset: you enjoy making videos, experimenting, and storytelling
• People who want stable monthly income, long-term association, and WFH convenience
• Basic understanding of trending formats, hooks, and reel psychology
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent output

Good to Have

• Regional language fluency (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi preferred)

Interview Process

1. Instagram/Portfolio Screening
2. Assignment: Submit 2 short videos of one of our Apps.
3. Interview/Review Call
4. Offer: Contract (30 days)
5. Based on performance: Extension, Full-time offer Or closure

Other Details

Stipend: ₹30,000/month
Location: Remote
Full-time (with potential full-time role based on performance)
