This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CRM Specialist (HubSpot Implementation) in India.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and support the full implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM, helping drive efficiency across sales, marketing, and reporting functions. You will manage end-to-end setup, including pipeline configuration, custom objects, workflow automation, and integration with finance tools and APIs. The position involves hands-on system configuration, data migration, reporting dashboard creation, and user support, ensuring smooth adoption and reliable insights. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions while documenting processes and providing training. This is a high-impact role where your work directly improves operational performance and helps teams leverage CRM capabilities effectively. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of HubSpot CRM, including configuration of pipelines, deal stages, and custom objects.
- Design and implement workflow automations to support sales and marketing processes.
- Set up reporting dashboards and track revenue metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Migrate and validate data from legacy systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Integrate HubSpot with finance tools, APIs, and other systems to streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best practice guides.
- Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HubSpot CRM implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, reporting, and custom object management.
- Experience with data migration, validation, and system integrations (APIs, finance tools, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support end-users and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes within CRM platforms is preferred.
