Job Description - Enterprise Account Executive


This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in India.


This role offers an opportunity to drive business growth by helping organizations strengthen their resilience against evolving technology challenges.
You will own strategic sales initiatives across enterprise accounts, from pipeline generation to closing complex opportunities.
The position combines consultative selling, relationship building, and technical understanding within a fast-paced technology environment.
You will collaborate with sales engineers, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that address critical business needs.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives on acquiring new customers and expanding market presence.
You will play a key role in shaping territory growth while building trusted relationships with enterprise decision-makers.


Accountabilities:



  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, opportunity management, negotiation, and closing of enterprise deals.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, account research, and relationship development.

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities while supporting expansion within existing customer accounts.

  • Manage strategic enterprise transactions by understanding customer challenges and positioning solutions effectively.

  • Present complex technology solutions within enterprise environments and demonstrate their business value to technical and executive stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with sales engineers, business development teams, channel partners, distributors, and resellers to accelerate growth.

  • Develop account strategies focused on customer success, long-term relationships, and revenue expansion.

  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback on regional opportunities to leadership teams.

  • Build strong partnerships across internal teams while contributing to a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.


Requirements:



  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably selling IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and closing new enterprise customer accounts.

  • Demonstrated success generating self-sourced pipeline and acquiring new business opportunities.

  • Experience selling complex solutions to large organizations, including Fortune 100 or enterprise-level customers.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, including experience using MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.

  • Experience developing and managing strategic sales territories and account plans.

  • Familiarity with channel sales models and working with partners, distributors, and value-added resellers.

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and present tailored solutions.

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach with the ability to operate independently.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a global, cross-functional organization.
